Essential Qualifications and Experience
For Chief Director (Marketing):
- Bachelor’s degree with MBA/PGDM specialising in Marketing
- At least 15 years’ post-qualification experience in marketing, planning, or business development
- Experience in leadership roles, preferably in banks, financial institutions, or development organisations
- Strong knowledge of managing digital and conventional marketing channels
For Deputy Director (Marketing):
- Bachelor’s degree with MBA/PGDM specialising in Marketing
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, planning, or marketing roles
- Understanding of both offline and digital promotion channels
- Ability to execute campaigns and branding strategies
