The District Manager of Mahatma Phule Backward Class Development Corporation Ltd., Mumbai City/Suburban District Office, has appealed to citizens to submit online loan proposals on the Mahadisha Portal for various schemes of the Corporation for the financial year 2025–26.
This application process is being carried out under the Central Government’s Pradhan Mantri Anusuchit Jati Abhyuday Yojana (PM-AJAY). The schemes focus on self-employment, economic empowerment, and social upliftment of Scheduled Caste and Neo-Buddhist communities. The Corporation has stated that the main aim is to create employment opportunities and improve the standard of living. The entire application procedure will be transparent and fully online. Interested beneficiaries must apply at https://mpbcdc.maharashtra.gov.in or https://mahadisha.in. Applicants must scan and upload the required documents to the portal. No physical applications will be accepted at the office.
Eligibility Criteria
• Applicants must belong to the Scheduled Caste or Neo-Buddhist community.
• Age should be between 18 and 50 years.
• The annual income limit for both rural and urban applicants is three lakh rupees.
• The applicant should not be a defaulter of this Corporation or any other financial institution.

• Quotation and proof of business premises
