BPSSC Company Commander Recruitment 2026: 65 Vacancies, Apply Online

The Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission (BPSSC) has started the online application process for Company Commander Recruitment 2026 under Advertisement No. 11/2026. A total of 65 vacancies have been announced for the post of Company Commander in the Bihar Home Guard organisation. Candidates must be Indian citizens and can be male, female or third-gender candidates. They must be appointed and trained members of the Bihar Home Guard organisation and should have completed at least five years of service/ duty in the organisation. 

Candidates must also have the prescribed physical and educational qualifications and should have at least 10 years of service remaining on the date of consideration for appointment.

BPSSC Company Commander Recruitment 2026: Educational Qualification & Age Limit

Candidates must have passed a Bachelor's degree examination from a recognised university or an equivalent examination recognised by the state government. The educational qualification must have been obtained by 1 August 2026, which is the prescribed cut-off date for eligibility.

The age limit is calculated as of 1 August 2026. Candidates from all categories must be at least 24 years old and not more than 50 years old, with the date of birth being verified through the matriculation or equivalent certificate.

• First, visit the Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission (BPSSC) official website, bpssc.bihar.gov.in
• Now, find the link for Advertisement No. 11/2026 and click on the application link.
• Once registration and payment are successfully completed, BPSSC will send the registration number and password to the registered mobile number and email ID.
• Log in using your registration number and password.
• Now fill out the application form and provide additional details.
• Candidates have to upload the required photograph and signature (between 15 KB and 25 KB) in the prescribed format.
• After filling in the application and uploading the photograph and signature, use the “Edit Details” option to check everything once again.
• Look particularly at your name, date of birth, category, address, educational details and other personal information.
• Once you click Confirm and finally submit the application, changes will no longer be allowed.
• Candidates should then download and print the Acknowledgement on A4-size paper. Keep this document safely because the registration number and acknowledgement may be required for future communication with BPSSC.
