Failure to do so may cause difficulties for students at the time of examination or issuance of participation certificates.

Process No. 1

Method of Filling the Institutional Registration Form

The institution must visit the link given below and complete the institutional registration form:

Important Instructions:
• All information in the form must be filled accurately and completely.
• Registration must be done only using the official institutional email ID.
• Verify the email ID carefully before submitting the form.
• The institution must upload the list of students participating through the institution and pay the applicable fee.

After successful completion of the registration process, an email will be sent to the registered email ID. This email will contain a Promotional Code, which is mandatory for use in the next process.

Process No. 2

Important Update for Institutional Administration

Under institutional registration, the Indian Constitution Awareness Quiz promotional code and complete registration process have been made available for student participation.

Important Responsibility:

It is the sole responsibility of the concerned institution to ensure that all eligible students receive the following information accurately and on time:

• Each student’s individual and personal email ID

Mandatory Information to Be Provided to Students by the Institution

1. Participant Student Information Form (Mandatory)

To receive the participation certificate, it is mandatory for every student to fill out the Participant Student Information Form using the link below:

Students who have already filled out this form earlier are not required to fill it again. Such students may directly proceed to quiz registration as per Point No. 2.

2. Quiz Registration and Use of Promotional Code

After completing the Participant Student Information Form, students must register for the quiz using the same link and apply the promotional code at checkout.

Promotional Code Details:
• Sample Code: INST-Q7XVAC6N
• Validity: Limited as per the number of students
• Benefit: 100% waiver of registration fee
• Usage: Each student can use the code only once

While Registering:
• Name: Student’s own name only
• Address: Hostel / School / College address

Individual Account — Mandatory

Each student must create and use their own individual account for registration.
Shared or group accounts will not be accepted.

Important Additional Instructions (Mandatory)
1. Each student must fill out a separate form in their own name.
2. A separate and personal email ID for each student is mandatory.
3. Incorrect or incomplete email IDs may result in issues related to certificates or further communication.
4. Students must immediately open the “Reset Password” email and create a new password.
5. The following details must be written down and stored safely:
• Student’s name
• Email ID used
• Created password

• The promotional code must be provided only to eligible students.
