Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants must be holding the post of Stenographer under Central Government, State Government, Union Territories, Defence Organisations, Statutory or Autonomous Bodies, Public Sector Undertakings or recognised Universities.
  • Officers must be working in Level-4 pay scale (Rs. 25,500 – Rs. 81,100) or equivalent, with at least 5 years of regular service.
  • Maximum age limit for deputation is 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.

Selection and Appointment

  • Appointment will be made on deputation basis for an initial period of 3 years, extendable based on performance and requirement.
  • Pay fixation and deputation allowance will be governed by rules issued by the Department of Personnel & Training.
