Management Executive (Accounts & Finance) – 1 Post (ST-01)
- Pay Scale: ₹40,000–₹1,40,000 (IDA)
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant/Cost & Management Accountant or MBA/Post Graduate in Accounts & Finance with minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognised institution/university.
- Experience: Minimum five years post-qualification experience.
- Note: This post is exclusively for Ladakh domicile.
Executive Assistant (Accounts & Finance) – 1 Post (ST-01)
- Pay Scale: ₹30,000–₹1,20,000 (IDA)
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant/Cost & Management Accountant or MBA/Post Graduate in Accounts & Finance with minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Experience: Minimum three years post-qualification experience.
- Note: This post is exclusively for Ladakh domicile.
Executive Assistant (Accounts & Finance) – 3 Posts (Unreserved)
- Pay Scale: ₹30,000–₹1,20,000 (IDA)
- Qualification: Same as above.
- Experience: Minimum three years post-qualification experience.
Executive Assistant (Human Resource) – 1 Post (Unreserved)
- Pay Scale: ₹30,000–₹1,20,000 (IDA)
- Qualification: MBA in HR or Post Graduate/Diploma in Personnel Management with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Experience: Minimum three years in HR-related roles.

Age Limit

Candidates should not be more than 32 years as on 30 June 2025.
Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per rules for reserved categories.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

For Chief Director (Marketing):

Bachelor’s degree with MBA/PGDM specialising in Marketing
At least 15 years’ post-qualification experience in marketing, planning, or business development
Experience in leadership roles, preferably in banks, financial institutions, or development organisations
Strong knowledge of managing digital and conventional marketing channels

For Deputy Director (Marketing):

Bachelor’s degree with MBA/PGDM specialising in Marketing
Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, planning, or marketing roles
Understanding of both offline and digital promotion channels
Ability to execute campaigns and branding strategies
