Available Posts and Pay Scales

  1. Management Executive (Accounts & Finance) – 1 Post (ST-01)
    • Pay Scale: ₹40,000–₹1,40,000 (IDA)
    • Qualification: Chartered Accountant/Cost & Management Accountant or MBA/Post Graduate in Accounts & Finance with minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognised institution/university.
    • Experience: Minimum five years post-qualification experience.
    • Note: This post is exclusively for Ladakh domicile.
  2. Executive Assistant (Accounts & Finance) – 1 Post (ST-01)
    • Pay Scale: ₹30,000–₹1,20,000 (IDA)
    • Qualification: Chartered Accountant/Cost & Management Accountant or MBA/Post Graduate in Accounts & Finance with minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
    • Experience: Minimum three years post-qualification experience.
    • Note: This post is exclusively for Ladakh domicile.
  3. Executive Assistant (Accounts & Finance) – 3 Posts (Unreserved)
    • Pay Scale: ₹30,000–₹1,20,000 (IDA)
    • Qualification: Same as above.
    • Experience: Minimum three years post-qualification experience.
  4. Executive Assistant (Human Resource) – 1 Post (Unreserved)
    • Pay Scale: ₹30,000–₹1,20,000 (IDA)
    • Qualification: MBA in HR or Post Graduate/Diploma in Personnel Management with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
    • Experience: Minimum three years in HR-related roles.

Age Limit

  • Candidates should not be more than 32 years as on 30 June 2025.
  • Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per rules for reserved categories.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
