AEES Recruitment 2026: 254 Teaching Vacancies, Apply by November 22

AEES Recruitment 2026: 254 Teaching Vacancies, Apply by November 22

The Atomic Energy Education Society (AEES) has announced 254 vacancies under its Recruitment Notification 01/2026, opening up opportunities for candidates interested in teaching and school leadership positions. The recruitment covers a range of posts, including Principal, Vice-Principal, Post Graduate Teacher (PGT), Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT), Primary Teacher (PRT), Music Teacher, Balvatika Teacher and Librarian. The online application process began on November 2, 2026, and candidates can submit their forms until November 22.

The recruitment is significant because AEES operates schools under the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, with institutions located at different centres across the country. The vacancies are spread across several teaching levels, so applicants with different academic qualifications may be eligible for different posts.

However, the required degree, teacher-training qualification and experience depend on the position. Candidates should read the official advertisement carefully rather than rely only on the vacancy numbers before applying.

The largest share of vacancies is for Trained Graduate Teachers, with 102 posts announced. Primary Teacher positions account for another 89 vacancies, while 27 posts are available for Post Graduate Teachers. The remaining vacancies include 13 Librarian posts, 10 Music Teacher posts and eight Balvatika Teacher posts. AEES has also announced four Principal vacancies and one Vice-Principal vacancy, taking the total to 254.

These positions cover different responsibilities within AEES schools. While PGT and TGT appointments are linked to subject-specific teaching requirements, PRT and Balvatika roles focus on primary and early childhood education. The Principal and Vice-Principal positions involve school leadership and therefore carry separate qualification and experience requirements.

The educational criteria are not the same for every post. Depending on the position, candidates may need a relevant postgraduate or bachelor's degree, B.Ed. or an equivalent teacher-training qualification. Primary-level and Balvatika applicants must meet the prescribed early education or elementary teacher-training requirements. CTET qualifications may also be required for relevant teaching positions. Applicants should confirm the exact subject combinations, minimum marks, experience and age limits from the official notification.

The application process is online. Candidates must visit the AEES recruitment portal and register using their email address and mobile number. After registration, they can select the post and subject for which they meet the eligibility conditions, enter their personal and educational details, and upload the required photograph, signature and supporting documents. The application fee must also be paid, wherever applicable, before final submission.

The last date to submit the online application and pay the applicable fee is November 22, 2026. Candidates should avoid waiting until the final day, as incomplete details or payment-related issues could affect their submissions. It is also advisable to download and retain a copy of the completed application form.

With 254 vacancies across teaching and school leadership categories, the AEES recruitment drive offers opportunities to a wide range of eligible applicants. The official notification remains the most reliable source for checking post-wise eligibility, selection details and other conditions before applying.
