How to Apply for Konkan Railway Recruitment 2026?
- First, verify your educational qualifications, experience, and age eligibility according to the official KRCL notification.
- Prepare your application using the format specified in Annexure-A.
- Fill in all sections of the application form correctly.
- Affix a recent passport-size photograph to the application form and sign it where required.
- Keep self-attested copies of your educational qualification certificates and mark sheets ready.
- Have a copy of your SSLC/ SSC certificate or birth certificate ready as proof of date of birth.
- Keep your caste certificate and OBC-NCL certificate (if applicable) with you.
- If you are an ex-serviceman, submit the relevant service certificate.
Keep a self-attested copy of the experience certificate from your previous employer. - Obtain a character certificate from a Gazetted Officer or Executive Officer.
- Carry two recent passport-size photographs.
- Arrive at the designated venue for registration between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM on October 21, 2026.
- You must carry the original certificates along with one set of self-attested photocopies.
- Candidates found provisionally eligible after the preliminary document screening will undergo an interview.
- Elimination rounds, such as a written test or group discussion, may be conducted if necessary.
- If you are travelling from out of town for the interview, you must arrange your own accommodation and meals, as KRCL will not provide reimbursement for travel fares (train/ bus) or TA/ DA.
