DTU Assistant Professor Recruitment 2026: 219 Posts

Delhi Technological University (DTU) has opened applications for 219 Assistant Professor positions across a wide range of academic disciplines. The recruitment covers engineering, science, computer applications, design, biotechnology, economics and other subjects.

According to Advertisement No. 04/2026, the online application process began on October 23, 2026, and eligible candidates can submit their forms until December 7, 2026, at 5 PM. Selected applicants will be appointed under Pay Level 10, with an initial basic pay of ₹57,700 per month.

The selected Assistant Professors will receive a starting basic salary of ₹57,700 per month under Pay Level 10. Additional allowances and service benefits will be governed by the university and applicable government rules.

DTU has specified different application fees for various categories. According to the published recruitment details, General and OBC candidates have to pay ₹2,000, while the fee for EWS, SC and ST applicants is listed as ₹1,000.
