CBSE Revaluation 2026 Last Date June 6: Hurry Up!

CBSE Revaluation 2026 Last Date June 6: Hurry Up!

Following the announcement of the CBSE Class 12 Results 2026, many students are now applying for revaluation and answer sheet verification. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has reported that a total of 43,980 applications have been submitted so far.

Of these, 4,924 students have applied for answer sheet verification, while 39,056 applications have been submitted for the re-evaluation of marks. Students who are dissatisfied with their scores may now apply online. The CBSE has stated that the deadline for submitting applications is June 6, 2026.

I am writing about this topic because the results of the CBSE board examinations are directly linked to the future of many students. When it comes to college admissions, entrance examinations, and career planning, even a difference of a few marks can show to be significant.

Therefore, for those who feel that their answer sheets were not evaluated correctly, this revaluation process is of most importance. Since many students still lack a clear understanding of the entire procedure, it is essential for them to be informed about this information.

CBSE has already opened the online application window for Class 12 revaluation and answer sheet verification.

Students who feel that their marks are lower than expected may apply for revaluation after reviewing a scanned copy of their answer sheet. The Board has stated that applications will be accepted only through the online mode.

According to the latest data released by the CBSE, a total of 43,980 applications have been submitted so far. Of these, 4,924 students have applied for the verification of answer sheets. On the other hand, 39,056 applications have been submitted for the re-evaluation of marks.

These figures clearly indicate that, following the announcement of the results, many students are showing interest in having their marks re-verified, and many feel that a re-evaluation of their answer scripts is necessary.

Many students often get confused between revaluation and verification. Answer sheet verification primarily involves checking whether any answers have been left unmarked, if there are any errors in the totalling of marks, if any pages are missing, or if the scanned copy is illegible.

On the other hand, in the case of revaluation of marks, specific answers are re-evaluated; that is, the examiner re-examines the answers to verify the assigned marks.

CBSE has announced that the deadline to apply for revaluation and verification is June 6, 2026. Therefore, students are advised to complete their applications as soon as possible to avoid the last-minute rush.

The CBSE Board has stated that the entire process will be conducted transparently. Additionally, applicants have been advised to regularly check the official website.
