8th Central Pay Commission to Hold Stakeholder Interactions in Mumbai on October 22-23

The Eighth Central Pay Commission is scheduled to visit Mumbai on October 22 and 23, 2026, providing an opportunity for eligible stakeholder organisations and representatives to interact with the Commission.

The Commission has invited interested organisations and institutions, as well as associations and unions of Central Government, to submit requests for an appointment for interaction during its Mumbai visit.

Appointment Request Open Until October 10

Stakeholders seeking an appointment are required to submit their requests through the designated online application process. The deadline for submitting the request is October 10, 2026.

Applicants will also need to retain the Unique Memo ID generated after submitting their memorandum. This identification number is required as part of the appointment request process.

Venue and Detailed Schedule to Follow 

The exact venue and detailed schedule of interactions in Mumbai will be communicated subsequently.

The Mumbai visit is part of the Eighth Central Pay Commission’s stakeholder interaction process, allowing eligible organisations, institutions, associations and unions to place their views before the Commission.
