The 'Cockroach Janta Party' (CJP) movement, which came out among recent allegations of irregularities in the country's education system and various examinations, is gaining momentum. The organisation's founder, Abhijit Dipke, has clearly said that their agitation will not stop until Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan resigns.
After a protest demonstration at Delhi's Jantar Mantar, he returned to Maharashtra and spoke to the media, declaring that the nation's youth now demand accountability. In his view, someone must take responsibility for the irregularities in the examinations.
Speaking to journalists in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, Abhijeet Dipke stated that the agitation is not yet over. According to him, the country's youth are no longer willing to remain silent. He enhanced the need to fix accountability for the recurrent issues torturing the education and employment sectors. Dipke declared that the protest would continue until Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan resigns.
Last Saturday, a protest was organized by the 'Cockroach Janta Party' at Jantar Mantar in Delhi. The protesters raised concerns regarding irregularities in CBSE exams, controversies surrounding the NEET-UG exam, issues with the CUET entrance test, complaints regarding SSC recruitment exams, and a lack of transparency in various competitive examinations. Young people gathered in Delhi to protest against these issues.
Abhijit Deepak claims that approximately 7,000 people participated in the protest in Delhi. He further stated that allegations from certain quarters claiming the protesters were brought in through monetary payments are completely baseless. According to him, he arrived directly at the protest site from the airport after flying in from the United States, and the question of paying anyone does not arise.

Abhijit informed Dipak that no final decision has yet been reached regarding the next steps of the movement. He stated that future courses of action would be determined after consulting with the organisation's members and supporters. Their goal is to carry the movement forward in a democratic and peaceful form.
This movement has already become a topic of discussion in political circles. Supporters believe it is bringing the genuine issues faced by students to the forefront. On the other hand, critics argue that the matter is taking on a political dimension. However, the protesters maintain that their primary objective is to ensure accountability and transparency in the education sector.

Through this movement, young people primarily aim to communicate the message that a citizen's responsibility does not end once the election is over. In their view, the government must be held accountable, student issues must be addressed, the transparency of examinations ensured, and the concerns of future generations given due importance.
I am writing about this issue because the education system, competitive examinations, and job recruitment processes are directly linked to the futures of millions of students across the country today. When questions arise regarding the transparency of examinations, it becomes a cause for concern not only for the students but for society as a whole. This movement is an expression of that very resentment and frustration.
