Guards Regimental Centre proudly hosted the Attestation Parade of Guards Agniveers Batch-08 on 20 Jun 2026. The Parade marked the successful completion of rigorous military training undertaken by 1107 Agniveers and their induction into the Indian Army as trained soldiers.

Maj Gen Navtej S Sohal, SM, The General Officer Commanding (GOC), Headquarters Uttar Maharashtra & Gujarat (UM & G) Sub Area visited the Guards Regimental Centre to review the Attestation Parade. During the visit, the GOC inspected the parade, interacted with the Agniveers and addressed the gathering.

The Attestation Parade is a significant milestone in the life of every soldier and symbolizes the transformation of Agniveers into disciplined and combat-ready members of the Indian Army. The event showcased the highest standards of military training, drill, discipline and professionalism upheld by the Guards Regimental Centre.
