This year, the overall pass percentage stands at 86.48%, which is a significant improvement compared to the previous year.

Although 700,000 students registered for the examination, 637,000 actually appeared for it. The overall pass rate for 2026 stands at 86.48 per cent. This year, the performance of female students surpassed that of their male counterparts, as the pass rate for girls was higher than that of boys; the pass rate for boys was 68.2%, while for girls, it was 77.8%. Thus, these statistics indicate that female students achieved better results than male students this year.
